Is there a free alternative Google Voice app other than the Google Voice itself? Reason I ask is because the app is not native to the iPad so it runs at the iPhone resolution.

No opinion on Bluetooth mice. Other than wishing like everyone else that Apple would make their new one in bluetooth.
I've heard lots of good things on this board about Crucial so you might want to check their ram out.
Lastly, I edit video on a 15" PB and have had no problems with heat. But I do recommend the ilap. It's a great stand and I've bought two of them to use with both my powerbooks. http://www.raindesigninc.com/ilap.html

It really would be nice if biteSMS allowed you to forward to a GV number, and then if you respond to that number it automatically goes through the BiteSMS app to be re routed to your AT&T number.

I doubt that the iPad 2 will ship with 4.2.1 Just because the GM was released to developers today doesn't mean that apple hasn't been sitting on it for a week or two.

Thanks for the replies! I just found it odd for their to be ads in the background like that, which are only visible for a micro-second. I would also never pirate an iOS app and was simply curious if those ads went away after purchasing as they were kind of annoying.

1. Open Applications → Utilities → Activity Monitor and terminate processes linked to MACDefender.
2. Delete MACDefender from the Applications folder.
3. Check System Preferences → Accounts → Login Items for MAC Defender entry.
4. Run a Spotlight search for "MACDefender" to check for any associated files and remove them if exist. Use this method to fully delete the trojan. (http://forums.macrumors.com/showpost.php?p=11171082&postcount=16)

Southern part:
* Bordeaux (area) - nice red wine district - you can go sampling at most chateaus.
* Marseille (area around) - nice sandy beaches
* Carcassonne (city; one of the few wholly walled castle-cities)
Northern part:
* Normandy (area)- many nice museums and especially land marks from WW2
* Bourgogne (area) - another nice wine district, distinct differences to bordeaux
* Champagne (area) - this is where champagne is made, equally nice
There are a lot more to see in france of course, but these are the things I've appreciated the most (though normally not all wine districts on the same vacation - I'm not a drunkard :p )

Last time I jailbrok was my 3G, Now I have an i4 with 4.3.2 and when they went untethered recently I jailbroke.
I havent used many themes long enough to be sure, so this might just be the theme I'm using. However with the Aquarium theme, and I suspect many others, every day I get several banner ads that pop up in the background, behind the icons.
What the heck is the deal with that? I don't need what should be a static background image pulling web content to serve me up ads.
Is this a thing the developer of the theme controls, is it a consequence of having the jailbreak, or something else?
More importantly how do I turn it off.
I searched the forum but could not find a thread that covered this.

I just tried both suggestions... still works fine on PC's IE & Firefox and Mac's Safari, but not Mac's IE or Firefox. I have been googling and get nothing but crap. Any other suggestions?

TBH,the name reminds me of the "B-Sharps" from the Simpsons "a name that's witty at first, but that seems less funny each time you hear it". Also it doesn't roll off the tongue. I'd keep trying... good luck.

Here is a screen shot. As you can see the Print Center can see my printer, yet it says that I have no drivers insalled. And apparently I nee some drivers because I cannot click add to add the printer. Also, I just downloaded gimp print and it did not seem to work either. I believe that there is some problem with the all in one printers. This is unfortunate, i was planning on using the same printer between my PC and my Mac. I guess I'm going to have to network or move my files to my PC if I ever need to print anything, which is going to be a pain....because I refuse to buy another printer, one should be enough.
